Pritchards was established in 1984 by Paul Pritchard who had previously worked for a highly regarded multiple office residential/agricultural company.
Pritchards is an independent company not in the ownership of a bank, building society or other conglomerate which we believe results in personal service where every client is important to us.
With an office in Staffordshire together with our associated London office, a unique service is offered. Furthermore our membership of the Guild of Professional tryEstate Agents gives access to a network of over 600 associated offices across the coun.
Pritchards were chosen by the Guild of Professional Estate Agents as their member serving Uttoxeter and Ashbourne. We were invited to join the Guild after meeting their strict membership criteria in connection with presentation, operation and ultimately the successful marketing of property.
We specialise in the sale of residential property ranging from smaller town properties through to prestige country homes that benefit from marketing in our associated Park Lane, Mayfair office.
In addition to our own website all our properties are marketed through rightmove.co.uk and propertyplatform.co.uk. This unique level of internet marketing provides an excellent opportunity for potential purchasers to see your home wherever they may be currently located.
An estate agent is generally judged by the successful sale of properties. We believe therefore, that no agent should tie their clients into a minimum term contract that often lasts several weeks or months. Should a client who has instructed us to sell their property be unhappy for any reason they are free to disinstruct us simply by giving 7 days written notice.
